Starting at $40-45/hr plus differential Shift Differential: $4/hr. for Weekday Evenings and Nights, and $6/hr. for all weekend shifts!

Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) is responsible for the overall nursing care/service, and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

* Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.

* Administer direct care as necessary.

* Give and receive shift reports.

* Round and assure that proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.

* Keep physicians and families aware of changes in resident's condition.

* Assist in developing comprehensive care plans

* Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident

* Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.

* Respond to resident emergency call system.

* Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.

* Accompanies physicians when making rounds.

* Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence

WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN with a current license in Pennsylvania.

* At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing Long Term Care (LTC) a plus.

* Supervisory experience required.

* Basic computer proficiency.

* Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.

* Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.

* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

* Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
