Missions

Within the establishment, you contribute to preserving and developing the quality of life, social ties, and citizenship of residents. In connection with the multidisciplinary team, families, volunteers, and partners, you design, organize, and animate activities tailored to the desires, needs, and abilities of those being supported. You actively participate in implementing the social life project of the establishment and in the personalized support of each resident.

Design, plan, animate, and evaluate individual and collective activities tailored to residents. Develop annual, monthly, and weekly animation programs. Participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of personalized projects and the social life project. Foster the maintenance of social, family, and citizenship ties of residents. Develop partnerships with associations, schools, volunteers, and local actors to offer varied and intergenerational actions.

Encourage residents' participation in the life of the establishment (Council of Social Life, commissions, collective projects, etc.). Participate in team meetings, ensure transmissions, and contribute to the quality approach. Occasionally support the integration of new professionals and trainees.

DIPLOMA AND

QUALIFICATIONS:

BPJEPS or BEATEP or any other recognized training in the field of animation for a dependent elderly public. Professional experience desired.
