Bryant Health and Rehab has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Services/Admissions Full‑time position.
This position involves assisting in the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the overall operation of our facility’s Social Services department. The role ensures that the medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and as directed by the Administrator.
PositionQualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work;
Licensed Social Worker preferred - 2 years of experience in Social Services in Long‑Term Care
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge
