Our Volvo dealership is seeking an Entry Level Technician who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a skilled automotive professional. This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Support senior technicians with diagnostic and repair tasks.
• Follow Volvo’s high standards for safety, quality, and customer care.
• Participate in ongoing training through Volvo’s technical development programs.

• Basic mechanical aptitude or automotive coursework.

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and other maintenance services.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Properly fill out a multi‑point inspection on vehicles, prioritize needs and recommendations for the customer, and relay this information to the service advisor.
• Must keep the vehicle you are working on clean and free of grease and oil.
• Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay.
• Ability to road test vehicles (manual & automatic transmissions).
• Apply proper use of PPE and adheres to safety standards in the shop environment.

• Technical School Certificate preferred.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Desire to move up with the company; this is a job that provides growth and opportunity.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test).
