About This RoleTextron Systems is seeking employees to support the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. This program uses the Cottonmouth® ARV, a recon vehicle equipped with advanced full‑spectrums reconnaissance and surveillance sensors. It is designed to defeat threats beyond line of sight and incorporates cutting‑edge technologies to keep adversaries platform is built with a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) based on Ground Vehicle Operating System (GVOS) and the Tactical Assault Kit Extended (TAK‑X) framework for easy capability integration.
It offers superior mobility, amphibious capability, versatility, electronic warfare capability, advanced survivability and a human system interface.
In this role you will provide program support by working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers and Project Engineers. This position can be an entry point into the Program Management career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc. You will be required to have a robust working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Responsibilities- Support the development and preparation of program plans, schedules, baselines, estimates at complete (EAC) and estimates to complete (ETC) and conduct reviews.
- With appropriate background and experience, act as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for assigned scope.
- Support EVMS reporting and compliance, audit support, baseline development, financial and investigative analysis, and real‑time information and analysis for PMs, technical leads and finance.
- Closely support the PM team and collaborate with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance.
- Provide variance analysis and maintain schedule, performance, forecasts and risk/opportunity data.
- Assist the team with implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to realign efforts with project goals.
- Participate in preparation of customer and internal reviews such as Integrated Baseline Reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience with EVMS as Control Account Manager, financial analyst or scheduler.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

SalaryPay range: $71,400 - $107,000 per year. The range is a general guide; actual compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
