Overview
Title Service Representative (Administrative) – Hunt Valley, MD
Hourly rate: $17.75 with overtime eligibility. Full-time position with multiple shifts.
- Conduct effective follow‑up for motor vehicle titles.
- Communicate with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and agency personnel.
- Process customer service requests and repossession requests.
- Handle calls from DMVs, dealers, and auction houses.
- Process requests received via client portal and email.
- Ship repossession applications and affidavits to DMVs or Tag Agents to obtain title.
- Send customers and dealers Release of Liens, copies of titles, and contracts via Fed Ex, fax, or email.
- Reassign titles to new dealers and add to dealer shipment.
- Prepare and submit client reporting.
- Manage complex and escalated account issues.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–4 years of administrative experience.
- Experience with DMV, car dealership, or title work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow‑through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong work ethic and data entry/clerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across the organization.
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and present a positive company image.
- Ability to meet expected production guidelines.
