Position Overview
This position provides an opportunity to work on projects focused on:
- Site development and civil engineering (site layout, grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, permitting, etc.)
- Stormwater management
- Solid waste and sustainable materials management
- Ecosystem restoration and coastal resiliency
- Water/wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution
- Related environmental and civil subject areas
Consult with EA team members and clients to:
- Perform engineering design tasks
- Perform engineering calculations and evaluations
- Develop engineering plans and specifications
- Prepare technical reports
- Perform alternatives analyses
- Provide engineering office and field support for projects under construction
This position will be tailored to a specific candidate's experience and personal interest and is best suited for an individual who is excited to develop experience across a range of technical and managerial skills.
Note:
This position requires specific driving duties. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check required by our insurer.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.), or Engineer-in-Training working towards a P.E.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field
- 3 or more years of environmental infrastructure or site development design experience, with a site/civil or stormwater management focus
- 2 or more years of practical experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D; proficiency desired
$80,000 – $115,000 USD
