Leading Reliability and Logistics Engineering efforts related to one or more programs.
- Planning, managing, executing Specialty Engineering tasking across design, production, and sustainment life cycle phases
- Reliability and Maintainability Allocations and Predictions
- Reliability Modeling and Simulation
- Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) activity
- Fielded system monitoring and reliability measurement
- Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Spare Predictions and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Establishing good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Other Specialty Engineering analysis as required
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the internal and customer organizations
- Experience with Technical report writing and presentations
- Experience with Reliability and Logistics metrics, calculations, and statistics
- Experience with DOORS, JIRA, Magic Draw (or equivalent) or Model-Based Systems Engineering are plusses
- Experience with Windchill Risk and Reliability, Reliability Workbench, Slicwave, Eagle, Powerlog, Compass or Opus logistics software tools are pluses
- Current or ability to obtain a Secret clearance
