Electrical Engineer – Top Secret / Lab Electrical Lead

Textron Systems is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with an active Top Secret (TS/SCI preferred) clearance to serve as the primary electrical expert in a lab focused on electronics. You'll design, build, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems that support advanced training and simulation products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert for electronics issues in the lab
• Build, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies, wiring, and cables
• Create electronics schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable designs
• Diagnose electrical and electronics system problems
• Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams
• Travel to customer sites for installation, testing, support, and design reviews

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret (TS/SCI preferred) or ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5 years of hands-on electronics experience
• Strong electronics troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with electrical and electronics design tools
• Willingness to travel for customer support

The pay range for this position is $110,500 - $167,000 per year.
