Electrical Engineer IV

Seeking an experienced PCB Designer/Electrical Integrator to design circuit boards, support hardware development, and troubleshoot electronic systems for advanced electro-optical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate printed circuit boards and related electronics (analog and digital).
• Work with multi-discipline teams to ensure clean system integration.
• Debug hardware in the lab and resolve power/circuit issues.
• Develop documentation (specifications, test procedures, interface docs).
• Provide project status updates and lead portions of technical work.
• Support production troubleshooting and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering; 10 years experience.
• Strong PCB design experience (Xpedition/DxDesigner preferred).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• Experience leading engineering tasks and working across disciplines.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range for this position is $140,100 - $214,700 per year.
