Equipment Finance Structuring - Associate

Job Summary

The Equipment Finance Structuring team structures, underwrites and closes equipment finance lease and loan transactions. Requires in depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to obtain Truist's balance sheet commitment as well as supporting distribution risk decisions.

• Assist in the underwriting, packaging and closing EF transactions
• Demonstrate high-level qualitative and quantitative analysis; broadly identify and quantify transaction risk
• Provide administrative support across the EF Structuring team
• Comply with risk policies and procedures
• Work with originations, portfolio management, legal, compliance and risk partners to facilitate seamless execution
• Demonstrate Truist culture and values

• BA/BS degree
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management
• Solid analytical skills

• MBA degree, with a Finance focus
• 6 years of related work-related experience

The annual base salary for this position is $95,000 - $105,000. Additional incentive pay is available for this position. All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full‑time or part‑time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
