Maller Wealth Advisors is hiring a Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Hunt Valley, Maryland
.

You’ll work closely with our advisors, operations team, and clients to process account activity, handle client requests, solve problems, and keep important work moving from start to finish.
WHAT WE OFFER.- $55,000–$80,000 salary, based on experience and skills.
- Annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of salary.

- PTO: 17 days per year for years 1–4, 18 days in year 5, and one additional day per year after that, up to 28 days annually at 15+ years of service.

- Full-time schedule, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- In-office position with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future.

- Own Client Requests. Take responsibility for requests from start to finish and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Open & Maintain Accounts. Prepare documentation, submit account applications, monitor progress, and resolve outstanding requirements.
- Process Transactions. Accurately handle transfers, wires, deposits, distributions, contributions, and other account activity.
- Keep Things Moving. Follow up with clients, advisors, custodians, investment companies, and other partners to make sure requests get completed.
- Support Our Clients. Coordinate paperwork, signatures, account needs, and status updates while delivering a high level of client service.
- Stay Organized. Maintain accurate client records, documentation, activities, and follow-up tasks within our systems.
- Solve Problems. Investigate issues, identify what needs to happen next, communicate clearly, and help find the right solution.
- Work as a Team. Collaborate closely with our administrative, advisory, investment, financial planning, and compliance teams.
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, investments, insurance, client operations, or a related environment is preferred.
- Experience with client processing, account activity, administrative operations, or other detail-oriented work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and looks for what needs to be done.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- A sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication with clients and coworkers.
- Calm and level-headed when handling problems or time-sensitive requests.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Coachable, willing to learn, and able to take feedback and learn from mistakes.
- Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and financial-services processes.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required. We value relevant experience, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to learn and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the role more than a specific field of study.
