The Care Coordinator is the heartbeat of our business. As we open our doors to serve the families of Towson, Lutherville, and Baltimore County
, we are looking for a logistical mastermind who cares as much about people as they do about the "puzzle" of a perfect schedule.
You’re happiest when your organizational talents directly result in a senior being able to stay safely in their home. If you want to be a pillar of a growing local office from day one, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities- Your Mission (Responsibilities):
- Master the Puzzle: Coordinate and manage client visit schedules using our specialized software.
- The Hub of Communication: Act as the primary link between our wonderful caregivers and our local clients/families.
- The Perfect Match: Use your intuition and data to pair the right caregiver with the right client based on personality and skill.
- Guardian of Care: Ensure the well-being of our clients while advocating for the professional needs of our caregivers.
- Efficiency Expert: Keep caregiver schedules optimized while ensuring every detail of the client s care plan is met.
- Team Growth: Assist in the "ground floor" hiring, recruiting, and orientation of the best care team in Maryland.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: You see a scheduling conflict as a challenge to be solved, not a headache.
- The "Goldilocks" Personality: You are a "people person" who is kind and empathetic, yet firm enough to handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment.
- The Details Matter: You have a meticulous eye for detail—nothing slips through the cracks.
- Local Heart: A desire to make a tangible difference in the Towson/Baltimore community.
- Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced admin role is preferred.
Prior experience as a CNA or in-home caregiver is a major plus!
