Project Manager - IDE/CDRL Lead

Textron Systems is seeking employees to support the United States Marine Corps Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) program. For this program Textron Systems has developed the Cottonmouth® ARV, a recon vehicle to be feared and a force‑multiplier armed to the fangs with advanced full‑ spectrum reconnaissance and surveillance sensors. It is expertly designed to defeat threats beyond line of sight and comes complete with cutting‑edge technologies that will keep adversaries up tonmouth was developed using a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) that is Ground Vehicle Operating System (GVOS) based employing the Tactical Assault Kit Extended (TAK‑X) framework for easy capability integration.

Amphibious mobility, unrivaled versatility, and electronic warfare capabilities define a vehicle that is adaptable, stealthy and thrives wherever enemies hide.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) and Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Lead for a large‑scale program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulations, and overseeing the effective deployment and use of the IDE for digital collaboration and data management. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL and IDE Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives.

This role requires someone with a deep understanding of government contracting, defense program requirements, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a classified or security‑critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. CDRL Management: Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications.
  • 2. CDRL Management: Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
  • 3. CDRL Management: Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
  • 4. CDRL Management: Partner with technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
  • 5. CDRL Management: Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
  • 6. IDE Deployment and Oversight: Lead the design, deployment, and continuous management of the IDE used for collaboration and data management between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
  • 7. IDE Deployment and Oversight: Oversee configuration management processes within the IDE to ensure proper version control and traceability throughout the program lifecycle.
  • 8. IDE Deployment and Oversight: Manage user access controls and establish governance policies to maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIST 800‑171, CMMC).
  • 9. IDE Deployment and Oversight: Troubleshoot IDE technical issues and serve as the point of contact between program teams and IT support.
