Sharp Brains is seeking freelance EUC L1 / Smart Hands Support Engineers to deliver on-demand IT support at customer locations in Cockeysville, Maryland. This role involves troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues, assisting with network connectivity, and providing remote support to senior technical teams.
