  Business Analyst (RCM Domain Understanding in Healthcare & well versed with Data & BI Platform implementation)
• Business Analyst (Onsite)
• 10+ Years of experience;
  Good domain knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) related products and data (insurance claims, payments) in Healthcare domain;
• Should have worked in Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, BI Reporting projects as business analyst
• Should have end-to-end understanding of data platform and Analytics systems
• Collecting, defining, and documenting business requirements related to Enterprise Reporting solution
• Work closely with Product owner, and other business stakeholders to suggest best possible process architecture and improvisations to IT team
• Analyze and evaluate large amount of data and current business processes a company has, identify areas of improvements
• Presenting ideas and findings to all stakeholders.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Performing sanity testing, User acceptance testing as needed.
• Prioritizing initiatives/user stories based on business needs and requirements.
• Working knowledge of any agile tools like Jira/Confluence preferred, Creating User Stories, Epic etc.
