Insight Global is seeking a PC Network Technician to provide high-level IT support for clients and visitors. You will coordinate and perform install and upgrade activities, deliver remote and on-site support, and ensure tickets are resolved in line with SLAs.
The role requires 1–2+ years in IT, experience with PC hardware (Lenovo preferred), imaging/reimaging, and strong ITSM/service desk knowledge. On-site, Monday–Friday 8–5 with monthly on-call.
