. This new hire will work in in Hunt Valley, MD
. The Transportation Support Analyst will report to a NA LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER SR.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and maintaining data within SAP maintenance of data tables to comply with business rules.

Providing rate quotes to the business teams for analysis, spot rates, prepaid and add shipments, etc; organize CPU requests and maintenance;
Support shipment costing error resolution

Responsible for updating freight workflow data requirements; support invoice error resolution and GL coding requirements.

Receive requests and action order and shipments inquires that need to be synchronized between the SAP and Transplace TMS solutions.

Capture, organize, and store freight BOL/invoices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance, Distribution, Accounting or related field required

1 year experience in freight, accounting or finance role, detail oriented, self-motivated starter and strong analytical skills. Applicants must have experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and other similar tools that help organize and report data.

Must possess professional demeanor to respond to customer questions Must be able to communicate successfully and promptly to inquiries. This role requires frequent interaction with various business teams and levels within the organization. leadership on scorecard items and updates

Professional Maturity
- Must have a proven ability to handle confidential information and be adaptable and able to meet rapidly changing demands within the plant operating environment. Communication
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively and cross functionally with all levels of plant hierarchy. Computer Skills
- The candidate must exhibit exceptional PC software skills, including proficiency with MS Office Professional and SAP.

Level of

Education:

CPM or APICS

Experience with plant/DC operations and metrics in order to understand relevant business context desired.
