About This Role

The Supply Chain Project Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how we approach data, technology, and collaboration within our supply chain organization. They will lead initiatives to improve data management, supply chain systems framework, toolsets, and employee engagement to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and enable intelligent, data‑driven decision‑making. This is a ground‑breaking opportunity for an experienced innovator who is eager to bring cutting‑edge technology, automation, and analytics into one of the most critical functions of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a data management ecosystem where supply chain information is fully consolidated, easily accessible, scalable for growth, and intuitive for onboarding new team members while meeting the needs of our internal customer base.
  • Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across key supply chain processes.
  • Partner with engineering, program management, and broader business functions to deliver measurable outcomes that align with strategic goals.
  • Design interactive training programs to onboard employees onto supply chain systems, ensuring ease of use and long‑term engagement.
  • Make supply chain data easy to interpret and act on by developing well‑documented policies, engaging training materials, and tools to empower users to self‑serve, analyze, and act on valuable information.
  • Spearhead data automation initiatives and integrate advanced technologies, such as AI, to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Enhance the usability and branding of supply chain tools and processes to create a modern and intuitive digital ecosystem for users.
  • Leverage analytics to support key supply chain areas such as supplier onboarding, capability assessments, risk management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and executive leadership to foster a collaborative, engaging, and high‑performance culture across a rapidly growing organization operating at multiple locations.
  • Establish and lead the vision for a Supply Chain Analytics Group that bridges the gap between supply chain functions and IT, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in supply chain operations, IT, engineering, project management, business operations, advanced analytics or other related fields.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Cultural adaptability and ability to collaborate well across organizations.
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance.
  • Up to 20 % of travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain management within the DoD environment.
  • Strong technical background in data architecture and automation, with the ability to interface with tools, platforms, and AI‑driven solutions.
  • Proven success in managing continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean.
  • Excellent presentation and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and networking skills.
  • Excellent partnering and team building skills.
