Overview

A meticulous and detail-oriented Final Inspector will conduct thorough inspections and ensure finished products meet our quality standards, maintaining our reputation for high‑quality delivery.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a quality control or inspection role
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of increasing responsibility experience in aviation battery/cell manufacturing
  • Ability to obtain FAA certification after one year of inspection experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings including knowledge of English and metric measure
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 45 pounds)
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, surface plates, weight scale, steel measuring scale, manometer, megometer, volt & ohm meter)
  • Certified Manufacturing Specialist designation is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Perform final inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Identify any defects, damages, or inconsistencies and document them accurately
  • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests as required
  • Perform quality checks on materials, components, and sub‑assemblies
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve any quality issues
  • Ensure that all inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained properly
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation
