Machine Operator

• Perform routine production tasks including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO
  9000 standards.
• Collaborate effectively in a team setting to support team goals and objectives.
• Make informed decisions related to position requirements while following instructions and standard practices.
• Work under direct supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of true machine operating experience.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Flexibility to train on 1st or 2nd shift and work flexible and/or extended hours.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
