Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking an Operator 2, Machine to join their team. As an Operator 2, Machine, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a strong ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to adapt to various tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operator 2, Machine
Pay Range: $18 with a $0.55 shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift
What's the Job?
- Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO
9000 standards. - Effectively collaborate with team members to support team goals and objectives.
- Make effective decisions relative to position requirements while following standard operating procedures.
- Work under direct supervision, adhering to routine and standard practices.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of true machine operating experience.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
- Basic math skills to perform calculations as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain regular punctuality.
