- Friday ONLY 4:30pm-8:30pm, 6am-10am

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate I to join a growing production team. This role is responsible for producing and shipping high-quality photographic products while maintaining company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting multiple areas of the production process.
Responsibilities- Produce and assemble photographic products according to established procedures and production standards.
- Review orders and finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
- Package, fulfill, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality assurance checks throughout the production process.
- Complete assigned production goals while meeting daily schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain production documentation and records accurately.
- Identify and report equipment, material, safety, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in 6S initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Attend production and machinery training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Cross-train within the department and assist other departments as needed.
- Stay current on production processes and client requirements.
- Follow all company safety policies, including Safety Data Sheet (SDS) procedures.
- Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate production equipment and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple production functions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent reaching, bending, crouching, lifting, grasping, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds regularly.
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong visual acuity for inspecting products, identifying defects, and operating equipment.
- Comfortable working in production areas with narrow aisles and active workstations.
