GBMC Health Care in Maryland is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead hospice and palliative care within Gilchrist Inpatient Centers under general supervision. You will assess patients, manage symptoms, and coordinate care in alignment with state and national standards.
The ideal candidate holds a NP degree, with a Master’s in Palliative Care preferred, 5+ years in healthcare and 1+ year in hospice/palliative settings; current Maryland NP licensure and HPCC/ACHPN preferred.
