Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL r’s license (issued by the state of residence), U.S. passport, or federal  role may service a military base facility where federal identification is required.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. Includes moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

  Cockeysville, MD. Secondary locations may apply.
• Schedule availability:
  Must be available Fri-Sat-Sun and flexible during the week.

Hourly compensation ranges from $21.77 to $23.77 based on experience. Benefits include 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement (per policy), opportunities for career advancement, Health and Well-Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), internet reimbursement of $10 when a company device is not provided, and safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
