In this role, you will oversee daily retail center operations while supporting marketing efforts such as lead generation, trade shows, and community outreach events

Retail Center Operations:
- Open and close the retail center, ensuring the space is organized, welcoming, and fully operational each day.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with water treatment products and service inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products.
- Support the Retail Center Manager with staff coordination and training.
- Assist with opening or supporting additional retail locations as needed.
- Support lead generation initiatives and track incoming leads.
- Assist with follow-up and documentation to support business growth.
- Coordinate trade shows, community events, and marketing activities.
- Help prepare and distribute marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and product information.
- Represent Atlantic Blue at events and engage with potential customers.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
- Marketing, event coordination, or promotional experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using social media and basic marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
