Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion and answer questions to guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms to meet budgets and lifestyles;
Close the deal and ensure customer satisfaction;
Follow up to drive loyalty and transition customers to the Service department
