• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have reliable personal transportation; public transportation is not acceptable.
• Must maintain access to a personal cell phone for communication.
• Clean criminal background with no felony arrests or convictions.
• Possess or be able to obtain a Maryland Clearance Card, DCJS Security License, and Security Officer License.
• Ability to perform all job duties outlined in post orders, including prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
• Proficiency with mobile technology, including smartphones, tablets, and security-related applications.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

The Security Area Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee daily security operations, supervisors, and security personnel.
• Ensure all sites are properly staffed, trained, and operating efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and outstanding customer service.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in business development and sales meetings as needed.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and operational assessments.
• Coordinate and prepare new client locations for successful service implementation.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and leadership support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security regulations.
• Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations.
• Complete and review reports, documentation, and operational records accurately and on time.
