Pest Control Technician

• Perform industry-leading pest management services for residential customers
• Inspect client properties to identify pest infestations, damage, and entry points
• Determine pest types and apply approved chemicals, baits, and traps
• Educate customers on pest prevention and reducing future infestation risks
• Build customer relationships and schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with sales to current customers and expand products to new customers
• Maintain, stock, and inspect pest control equipment
• Follow local, state, and federal pest control and safety regulations
• Drive and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle
• Work in confined spaces, indoors and outdoors, and varied physical environments
• Use required personal protective equipment and follow safe handling procedures

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills, including following product-label mixing instructions
• Clean-shaven face for respirator safety
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to work inside and outside in the local climate
• Ability to work in confined spaces and around animals, insects, termites, mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator

Demonstrates expertise in pest management services, including inspection, identification, and application of pest control methods. Possesses strong communication skills for customer education and relationship building while adhering to safety regulations and equipment handling.
