Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional phlebotomy experience required

• EMT or Nursing background preferred

• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, safety standards, and best practices

• Ability to work effectively with adult learners in a classroom and lab setting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment

• Prepare students for workforce readiness and industry expectations

• Follow curriculum guidelines and district policies
