Job description:
At least 3 years of experience in program financial analysis; requires knowledge of Government accounting/financial systems (i.e., Wide Area Workflow, Comptroller Financial Information System, JOCAS), accounting principles with the ability to analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies, recommend improvements, substantiate financial transactions, and maintain accounting controls.
Duties include:
- Manage financial reconciliation reports for multiple contracts and TOs. Balance cost reports to determine the final contract and TO underrun or overrun to facilitate closeout.
- Review the “limitation of funds” of different contracts.
- Manage TO closeout financials for the contract as they end.
- Analyze financial transactions (Wide Area Workflow – WAWF, JOCAS, and Comptroller Financial Information System – CPIS).
- Coordinate funding allotment through Job Order Number (JON); provide JON spreadsheet to the contractor(s).
Assist with preparation for negotiations by drafting pricing memorandums, reviewing and calculating wage determinations and indirect rate adjustments, and additional documents as required. Attend negotiations and provide support as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in management or budget, or a High School degree and more than 10 years of experience.
