Advance impact in the Quality and Risk Management Unit as the Manager of Quality/ Risk Management, guiding a dynamic unit that integrates performance improvement, patient safety, accreditation readiness, enterprise risk, peer review, and regulatory compliance. The Manager of Quality/ Risk Management will lead RCAs and FMEAs, optimize event reporting, implement durable CAPAs, strengthen clinical pathways, reduce harm through evidence-based bundles, and translate complex standards into practical workflows that elevate quality, reliability, and patient trust.

Collaborate with supportive, multidisciplinary leaders as the Manager of Quality/ Risk Management, reporting to senior quality leadership with tight alignment across the CNO, Medical Staff, Legal, Infection Prevention, Case Management, and Finance.
