Current anticipated locations include Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, Malta, and Iraq, with mission priorities increasingly focused on South America.

Each Site Manager serves as the senior on-site representative for HII-MT, responsible for leading all operational, administrative, coordination, and mission support functions at an assigned INL/A operating location. + Facilitate operational planning, mission coordination, de-confliction, and communication between the site, the Program Support Office (PSO), INL/A headquarters, and other associate contractors.

+ Maintain liaison with U.S. Embassy Country Teams, host-nation officials, and other mission stakeholders to ensure mission alignment and resolve operational issues.

+ Provide daily oversight of aviation mission execution, ensuring compliance with INL/A directives, safety requirements, RUF guidance, and site-specific operational policies.

+ Manage site administration, personnel accountability, duty rosters, timekeeping, training compliance, and performance oversight.

+ Support force protection and security requirements, ensuring adherence to Chief of Mission (COM) policies and coordination with RSO personnel.

+ Oversee incident reporting, ensuring serious incidents are reported to INL/A within required timelines.
