Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Cocoa, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service at our 4600 W King St Cocoa, FL 32926.
* Manage and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
* Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
* Oversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measures
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Assist in staff scheduling and payroll management
* Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
* Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets
* Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
* Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
* Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling, inventory control, and financial reporting
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and solve problems efficiently
* Superior customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
* Proficiency in following and enforcing company policies and procedures
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
* Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
