Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a financial services location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to post procedures;
Document incidents and/or daily activity in required reports
