Greet clients entering the branch and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment;
Manage lobby flow using a tablet to check clients in, schedule or cancel meetings, and monitor waiting queues;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and online platforms;
Build trusted relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals
