Chase - 6500 North State Road 7 - Responsibilities:
Greet clients entering the branch and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment;
Check clients into the waiting queue and manage lobby traffic using a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their banking needs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients, listen actively, ask questions, and collaborate with branch teammates to achieve financial goals
