Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates and providing feedback;
Drive the store's financial performance by reviewing and evaluating Profit and Loss statements and managing budgets and expenses;
Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring training mentoring assigning duties and providing recognition;
Ensure customer service excellence and resolve customer issues while promoting a sense of belonging in the workplace;
Coordinate plans and initiatives with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous improvement.
