Supervise store operations and lead associates to deliver customer service and efficiency;
Execute freight unload, receiving, processing of product, stockroom management, and omni channel fulfillment;
Maintain inventory accuracy and appropriate stock levels through replenishment and disposition practices;
Train and develop new hires on operations processes, inventory procedures, and Kohl’s tools;
Partner with merchandising to ensure product placement and brand standards; monitor KPIs and uphold loss prevention measures
