Superintendent – Commercial Projects

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year
Locations: Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona (plus other states)

- Oversee all on‑site construction activities from initial groundwork to final inspection, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA 10‑HR guidelines, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and safety records.
- Guide the self‑perform work teams and ensure the quality of their work.
- Must be built in Wyoming or currently live there.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
- Extensive experience in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and K‑12 education. Experience in detention center construction will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of concrete work and other construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in managing field operations and self‑perform work teams.
- A solid understanding of OSHA 10‑HR safety guidelines and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
