• Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and interpret arterial blood gases.
• Optimize ventilator settings, deliver airway clearance therapies, administer nebulized medications, and manage humidification and suction protocols.
• Participate in wean and rehab plans, collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized patient care plans, and monitor responses to interventions.
• Assume leadership in clinical rounds, protocol optimization, and education of families and care partners.

Competitive weekly pay range $1,773–$1,861
