Ranch Cook, Wrangler & Housekeeper — Seasonal

We’re looking for qualified individuals to join our team immediately for the 2026 summer season at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana and Blackwater Creek Ranch in Cody, WY. We are currently hiring for Ranch Cooks, Housekeepers/Kitchen Help and Wranglers. Immediate start date.

Ideal candidates will be able to work year‑round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana, and Wyoming. The summer season concludes in October, with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.

Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
• Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning
• Cleaning of common areas
• Laundry and maintenance of the laundry room
• Preparation of dining areas for meals
• Meal Service and clearing tables after meals
• Assist with meal prep as needed
• Wash dishes

Room and board are included in the compensation package. $15 per hour plus tips. Immediate start date.

Our small guest ranches host a maximum of about 30‑60 guests at a time, depending on the ranch. This position has the potential to work at multiple locations within our collection throughout the year depending on seasonality and need. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Food and supply ordering
• Create weekly menus
• Accommodate special dietary needs of our guests
• Maintain clean kitchen space and assist with dishes/clean‑up
• Work professionally and efficiently with other kitchen and ranch staff

Compensation Package: $18 per hour, plus room & board and tips. Immediate start date.

Ample horse experience and riding skills are required. Previous wrangling experience preferred. Applicants must be hard‑working with good people skills.

• Leading or dragging ranch trail rides
• Ensuring safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides
• Feeding, grooming and tacking horses
• Clean‑up of corral area and stalls
• Leading other guest activities such as UTV Tours, Sport Shooting, Archery, Fishing, Guided Hikes
• Assistance with housekeeping and kitchen duties
• Ability to adjust to short‑notice changes
• Horse hauling experience a plus
• Requires valid drivers license and ideal candidates will have reliable transportation

Room and board are included in the compensation package. $15 per hour plus tips.
