- Employment:
Full-Time - Compensation: $22 /hr
- Supervise and train staff, manage workflow, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Spend 75% of your time on the ammunition loading team, and 25% on supervisory tasks (BOM corrections, load development, and diagnostics).
- Oversee material preparation, loading, quality assurance, packaging, and documentation processes.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment and maintain equipment.
- Meet daily production goals, maintain a perfect safety record, prevent squib loads, and achieve 100% accuracy on lot numbers.
- Maintain inventory of all ammunition components.
- Basic computer, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to use and understand loading equipment.
- Basic knowledge of precision loading techniques.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50pounds.
