Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse at the Long Term Care Center at Cody Regional Health in Cody, WY. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient needs, execute treatment plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The role includes monitoring patient symptoms, administering medication, providing education to patients and families, and maintaining accurate medical records while adhering to safety and organizational protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Sound organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in record-keeping and maintaining accuracy in documentation
- Commitment to practicing with compassion, integrity, and respect in all interactions
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming or eligibility for licensure
- BLS (AHA) certifications. We provide classes for employees who do not currently have this certification.
