This is an Evergreen Opportunity. We continuously seek qualified infusion nurses to support current and future patient care needs across our growing organization. What This Role MattersAs an Infusion Nurse, you ll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient-centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey.
Responsibilities- Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC, Port, and Midline) care
- Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
- Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform nursing assessments
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication administration, and IV care
- Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
- Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, caregivers, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with all safety, ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
- IV certification and experience with central line management
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience (home infusion, critical care, emergency department, oncology, or related experience preferred)
- Current CPR certification and valid driver s license
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel locally to support patient care needs
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- PICC, Port, and Midline certification
- Multi-state nursing licensure
- Home infusion or specialty infusion experience

CompensationPay Range/Rate: $42 - $60 USD
