We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse, Wellness Director to join our leadership team and guide the clinical direction of our assisted living community. This role is a chance to grow, innovate, and make a lasting impact alongside an experienced and collaborative administrative team.

As the Wellness Director, you will lead clinical operations, mentor both experienced and newly licensed care team members, drive staff development, and ensure the highest standards of resident‑centered care.

• Oversee daily nursing and care operations and ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
• Lead policy implementation, performance improvement, and nursing protocols
• Partner with the Staff Development Coordinator to drive staff education and competencies
• Mentor, coach, and empower care staff at all levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families for holistic care delivery
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
• Model curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in your leadership approach

• Active RN license in Wyoming
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior living or related health care preferred
• Experience with geriatric and dementia care preferred
• Prior leadership experience is a plus, but strong mentoring skills and clinical confidence are key
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
• Passion for education, development, and positive culture‑building
