CNA – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Assistant Position

Provide compassionate and efficient nursing assistant care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare and set up meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment across multiple floors as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living effectively.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate approach.
• Able to float between floors as needed and adapt to different resident needs.
