Innovative and growing Pain Management Group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Cody, WY area. Open to new graduates. Join a company with a holistic approach to managing patients’ chronic pain, where you can make a big impact in a rural community.
Benefits and Features- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus productivity bonuses

- Company manages credentialing, mentoring and education internally so providers can focus on patient care
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, no weekends
- In-depth training/fellowship program for NPs/PAs during onboarding (3–9 months) out of Cody, WY and Hays, KS
- Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in rural communities with mileage reimbursement
- Lead coordination of comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain
- Build and manage your own patient panel and make a big impact in a rural community
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
- Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America
