Job Overview

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer to manage merchandising needs for our customers, including stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring brand presence in stores.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, Bel Vita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with the management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional attitude, capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to lift repetitive loads up to 25 pounds and occasionally push or pull up to 50 pounds, and to move products from stock rooms to store floors.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Cody, WY (secondary location: Powell, WY).
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (schedule may change based on business needs); holidays as needed.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
