  • Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 Annually, DOE
What You’ll Be Doing as an Executive Sales Administrator
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Sales Leadership
  • Act as the key liaison for Client Advisors by processing sales orders and assisting with client follow-up.
  • Increase efficiency of the Sales Team by overseeing CRM data and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Support pipeline management by preparing reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Work with the Director of Sales to develop and manage KPI reporting for Sales Teams.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or process breakdowns and proactively flag them to sales leadership.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items to ensure initiatives move forward without friction.
  • Oversee employee purchase orders, including order entry and payment collection.
  • Act as a liaison for walk-in customers, coordinating communication and facility tours with Client Advisors.
  • Manage the internal sales and customer service phone system, overseeing incoming operator-line calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need as an Executive Sales Administrator
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, administration, executive assistant, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, KPI tracking, and report creation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, confident phone presence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while handling independent tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to supporting sales operations.
